Online appointments

Customers choose a service, practitioner and available time without an account. Availability is checked again when the booking is submitted.

Calendar and team

Daily and weekly schedules, opening hours, shifts and time off. Employees see the appointments assigned to them.

Email and reminders

Confirmations, changes, cancellations and optional reminders, once email delivery is configured and enabled.

Appointments added by your team

Add phone bookings or walk-in customers. Your team can create an appointment with a name alone.

Receipts and reports

Record payments and refunds and view daily and weekly reports. Recording a receipt does not charge a card or process an online payment.

Free software; your services keep their own prices

The platform is free. Prices shown to customers on a studio page are for haircuts, manicures or other services provided by that business. They are not a platform subscription. Customers pay for the service at the studio.

What to know before getting started

• The form sends a contact request. Studio activation is handled with our team.
• Email delivery requires configuration and activation. Any charges from an email provider concern that external service, not the software price.
• SMS, online payment processing and tools for online lessons are not included.
• Optional Google Calendar export sends application appointments to Google. External Google events do not block availability in the platform.
