From setup to your first booking.
Setup is assisted. This guide explains what to prepare and what to check before accepting customer bookings through myrandevou.com.
1. Send a setup request
On the homepage form, enter your name, studio name, email and business type. Confirmation means your request was saved; an account is not created automatically. The platform team handles follow-up and setup.
2. Prepare your services and team
For each service, prepare its name, duration, price and the practitioners who provide it. Prepare Greek and English copy. Service duration and preparation time affect the slots customers can choose.
3. Check opening hours, shifts and time off
In “Hours & time off”, configure the studio schedule and each practitioner’s hours. Check days off and absences. If a change would invalidate an existing appointment, move or cancel that booking first.
4. Publish your booking page
In “My website”, fill in the name, headline and description in both languages. Check the mobile and desktop previews. Saved draft changes become public only when you publish them.
5. Test the complete booking flow
Open the link as a customer and choose a service, practitioner, day and time. Online booking requires an email address. If approval is enabled, the request waits for your team. Check the calendar and, with email delivery configured, the confirmation email and personal management link.
6. Share your public booking link
Add your public studio page link to your Instagram profile or website. Share the public page, not personal booking-management or employee-access links.
If a time slot is missing
Check the studio hours, practitioner shifts and time off, service duration and existing bookings. A slot that was available may have been taken in the meantime; choose another time if needed. Availability is managed in the application, not by external Google Calendar events.
For customers: changing or cancelling a booking
The personal management link allows changes and cancellation according to the studio’s settings. If the change window has closed, contact the studio. Keep your personal link private.
