BEFORE YOUR FIRST STEP
Clear answers.
Do customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your studio link on a phone or computer, choose a service, practitioner and time, and enter their details. They can book without an account.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
The platform is free. Send a request and we organise the initial setup together. The form does not create an account automatically. Your studio’s services are charged to customers at your own prices.
Can I edit services and hours myself?
Yes. As the owner, manage services and prices in “Services”, practitioners in “Team” and availability in “Hours & time off”. We help you organise these during initial setup.
What if two customers choose the same time?
Availability is checked again at confirmation. If that practitioner’s time has already been booked, the second customer is asked to choose another available time.
Are reminders sent, and are payments online?
Confirmations, updates and optional email reminders are supported once email delivery is configured during setup. Customers pay for services at the studio. Online payments and SMS are not included.
